🛡️ SOLANO DANCE – CLASS POLICY, WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE Solano Dance is a trade name of Sola No Dance LLC (“Solano Dance,” “we,” or “us”). By booking and/or attending any class with Solano Dance, you agree to the following terms: 1. Participation & Assumption of Risk I understand that dance classes involve physical activity and may include risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to slips, falls, physical contact with others, or physical strain. 2. Release of Liability I release and hold harmless Sola No Dance LLC, doing business as Solano Dance, its owner, instructors, employees, and affiliated venues (including On Your Toes Academy), from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, damage, or illness that may occur during or after participation in classes or while on the premises. 3. Health Responsibility I confirm that I am physically able to participate in dance activities. I agree to listen to my body and stop if I experience pain, discomfort, or any health concerns. 4. No Guarantees I understand that results, including learning pace, comfort level, or skill development, may vary and are not guaranteed. 📸 MEDIA / SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE 5. Photo & Video Consent By attending class, I grant permission to Sola No Dance LLC d/b/a Solano Dance to capture photos and videos during classes and events. I agree that these images and videos may be used for: Social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) Website and promotional materials Advertising and marketing purposes I understand that: I will not receive compensation for the use of these materials My name or identifying information will not be used without my permission If I do not wish to appear in photos or videos, I will notify the instructor prior to class. 💳 BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY 6. All Sales Final All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. 7. Expiration & Rescheduling Single class purchases must be used within 7 days of purchase. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be granted with advance notice. 8.
