Unlock your child's confidence and coordination in this high-energy four-week program. Students ages 11–17 will master the basics of Merengue, Bachata, and Salsa while building cultural appreciation in a positive and welcoming environment. No partner or previous experience is required—just a passion for dance and fun!

Cancellation Policy
YOUTH LATIN DANCE PROGRAM POLICY Registration covers four classes on Wednesdays, October 14, 21, 28, and November 4, from 4:30–5:30 PM. Students will learn merengue, bachata, and salsa. The instructor may adjust the order or time spent on each style according to class progress. Full payment of $75 reserves one student’s place for four classes. Current On Your Toes studio students qualify for the $60 rate. Registration is non-transferable and cannot be divided into individual sessions. The program requires minimum enrollment. If Solano Dance cancels because enrollment is insufficient, families will receive a full refund. STUDENT ABSENCES: No makeups, credits, transfers, partial refunds, or prorated prices are provided for missed classes, late arrival, early departure, or withdrawal. INSTRUCTOR CANCELLATION: If the instructor cannot teach because of illness, emergency, weather, studio closure, or circumstances beyond Solano Dance’s control, the class may be rescheduled, including after November 4. The existing booking applies to the new date at no extra charge. If the student cannot attend, that class’s value may be applied to the same student’s future Solano Dance youth program within 90 days. The credit cannot be transferred, extended, or redeemed for cash. If no replacement is provided, families will receive a prorated refund for that class. PICKUP: Class ends at 5:30 PM. Students must be picked up by 5:35 PM. Solano Dance does not provide childcare after class. Pickup is late beginning at 5:36 PM. The first late pickup results in a $15 fee, payable before the next class. A second late pickup results in removal without refund or credit. Parents must remain reachable and provide an emergency contact. Students may leave independently only with written parental permission. HEALTH AND CONDUCT: Parents must disclose injuries, allergies, medical conditions, or limitations. Students must follow instructions and behave safely and respectfully. Unsafe, threatening, or seriously disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. Solano Dance may contact emergency services; medical expenses remain the parent’s responsibility. Dance and physical activity involve inherent risks. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required consent and liability waiver before participation. Photo and video permission is optional and requested separately. By booking, the parent or legal guardian confirms authority to register the minor and accepts this policy.
