Cancellation Policy

As a participant I have voluntarily elected to participate in a Solano Dance class(es). I acknowledge that, as with other athletic activities, there are risks inherent in dance and training including, without limitation, the risk of injury to bones, joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles. If I experience an injury or have concerns about a possible injury, I should and will promptly consult a physician and notify my instructor. Private Lesson Rate Private lessons are $80 per 60-minute session. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a private lesson. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Late Arrivals • Lessons will conclude at the scheduled end time regardless of arrival time. No-Shows • No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Group Class Credit Policy • Unused group class credits may be applied once toward a private lesson within 30 days. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking. Wedding Clients • Wedding first dance preparation is booked separately under Solano Dance Wedding Packages. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability As a participant, I voluntarily elect to participate in Solano Dance classes and/or private lessons. I acknowledge that, as with other athletic activities, there are inherent risks in dance and fitness training, including but not limited to injury to bones, joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles. If I experience an injury or have concerns about a possible injury, I will promptly consult a physician and notify my instructor. By booking and participating, I assume all risks related to dance and fitness training during Solano Dance sessions. I hereby release and hold harmless Robin Solano (Owner of Solano Dance LLC) and any Solano Dance instructors from all claims (including claims of negligence), actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from participation in dance instruction or use of the facility, including personal injury or loss of personal property. I grant permission to Solano Dance to use photos and videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
